I want my forms to be created for my own site. What should I do: add my site www.mysite.com or use Form Maker Pro Server ?

If you create forms on Form Maker Pro Server they will be processed only on your site and you do not need to upload these forms. You can refer to form using link that you receive by Get Link function. But that link is usually too long and inconvenient. That's why it is usually better to add your own site.

If you create forms on site you have added you can use forms on that site, but you need to download them using Get Pages function and then upload on your site.
