Article is available for anonymous users and all Client users if: - its Access restrictions are set to "Public"
- it is published
To make the whole knowledge base or selected categories and their contents visible to everyone, follow these steps: - Apply a group action on categories to change permissions. You need to apply new permissions to all objects and set "Public" access restrictions, like shown on the screenshot:
- Use article group actions to set "Published" status for all articles within selected categories.
