Empty left bar on image manager screen

If you noticed that the left bar on image manager screen is empty - it is highly probable that permissions are incorrect. You can check this by trying to upload an image. 
Check permissions for the /admin/media_store/ folder and its subfolders. They must be writable by KMP. Try to set 755 or 777 permissions to the media_store and its subfolders if you're using a unix-like system or grant write permissions to IUSR_MACHINENAME user if you're using IIS. After fixing this image manager will have correct look:
