Enhance your knowledge base by adding attachments to articles
It is not necessary to upload files by FTP or use third party file hosting anymore. You can easily attach multiple files while you edit the article. It’s easy to remove or update attachments within one click at any time.
Knowledgebase Manager Pro allows you to add unlimited attachments to each article. Therefore, you can easily add additional information to your knowledge base articles in any format. For example, you may want to attach PDF version of the article or some video demonstrations.
Attachments are shown at the bottom of an article in the knowledge base:
Knowledgebase Manager Pro also recognizes many file types and shows appropriate icons next to attached file for user convenience.
Knowledge base administrator can enumerate the list of allowed file types and maximum allowed file size for attachments.
Attached documents are searchable
KnowledgeBase Manager Pro is able to search within attached documents. You just need to upload them to the knowledge base, and then you can search them like you search articles. Lots of popular document formats are supported including PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and RTF.
